Salty peanut bars

CRUST

  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 2/3 cup of almond flour

  • 2/3 cup of coconut flour

  • FILLING
  • 6 large pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup of no sugar almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter

  • CHOCOLATE LAYER
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • sea salt for garnishing

PrOCEDURE

  • In a bowl combine coconut oil and maple syrup and mix until smooth. Add the almond and coconut flour and mix very well until you get nice dough. Then press the dough into the pan and bake around 10 minutes at 180 C.
  • Put the dates, almond milk and coconut oil into the blender and blend until smooth. Cover the crust with this feeling and put in the freezer.
  • At the end melt chocolate chips with the coconut oil. You should get completely melted and glossy mixture.
  • Using this chocolate filling cover the frozen crust with feeling and sprinkle with some sea salt. Put in the freezer at least for 30 minutes more.
