Warm massaged kale salad

This recipe is for those ones who like fusion taste – made by mixing salty or neutral ingredients with sweet ingredients. I don’t know if you are aware that kale will be easier for digestion if it is more soft so before you grill kale use your clean hands to massage kale for about 3 minutes. It is the best to massage chopped and oiled kale.

Ingredients (for two persons)

  • 100 g of curly kale

  • 1 shredded carrot

  • 1/2 of purple onion

  • 80 g of boiled quinoa

  • Little bit of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, according to your taste

Priprema

  • Grill previously washed, oiled, chopped and massaged kale on the non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes and then mix with other ingredients in the bowl. Add little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.
