Sweet potato tagliatelle


  • Two big sweet potatoes

  • 300 g of mushrooms

  • 100 g of fresh Tuscan kale

  • 3 piece of garlic

  • 50 ml of olive oil

  • ½ of squeezed lemon

  • 1 small ripe avocado

  • 80 g of almonds

  • Salt and pepper


  • Blend kale, almonds, avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blending all together you will get kale pesto sauce.
    Sweet potato tagliatele you will make easy but you have to have spiralizer for cutting sweet potato.
  • When you make them you just need to grill them using little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Meantime in another pan grill finely cut mushroom using olive oil and pepper. And yes – serve all together: Put firstly sweet potato tagliatelles, add mushrooms and at the end add kale pesto. Bon appetit.
