Roasted garlicky gold squash and zucchini

Excellent and light side dish when you eat chicken meat or white fish. Summer taste.


  • 2 green zucchini

  • 250 g of gold summer squash

  • garlic powder

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper


  • Wash zucchini and summer squash and cut in slices.
  • Put everything in big bowl and add some olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
  • Transfer everything on the baking dish covered with the baking paper.
  • Roast in the oven around 15 minutes at 180 C.
