Roasted garlicky gold squash and zucchini
Excellent and light side dish when you eat chicken meat or white fish. Summer taste.
2 green zucchini
250 g of gold summer squash
salt and pepper
- Wash zucchini and summer squash and cut in slices.
- Put everything in big bowl and add some olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
- Transfer everything on the baking dish covered with the baking paper.
- Roast in the oven around 15 minutes at 180 C.
