Paleo nut bread

I made this bread for the first time on one occasion when before going to visit a friend, I decided to make nut bread for her instead of buying a box of chocolates. This bread has enough fat in it, but if you spread it with butter while still warm – you will enjoy a wonderful breakfast, although in fact, a cup of tea with a slice of this bread would be quite enough.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups finely chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)

  • 2 cups finely chopped dried fruits (dried apricots, cranberries and figs)

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 ripe mashed banana

  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all dry ingredients – fruits, flour and nuts, then add mashed banana and beaten eggs.
  • Grease your pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
