Paleo nut bread
I made this bread for the first time on one occasion when before going to visit a friend, I decided to make nut bread for her instead of buying a box of chocolates. This bread has enough fat in it, but if you spread it with butter while still warm – you will enjoy a wonderful breakfast, although in fact, a cup of tea with a slice of this bread would be quite enough.
2 cups finely chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
2 cups finely chopped dried fruits (dried apricots, cranberries and figs)
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
1 ripe mashed banana
1 tablespoon baking soda
- Combine all dry ingredients – fruits, flour and nuts, then add mashed banana and beaten eggs.
- Grease your pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
