Overnight oats with cashew milk and pear
Simple winter breakfast. If you have pears and you dont know how to use them – try this super tasty winter breakfast with roasted pears.
Overnight oats with roasted prunes
INGREDIENTS
8 big spoons of oat cereals
40 g of cut almonds
350 ml of cashew milk
8 dry prunes
1 big pear
2 tbsp of honey
DIRECTIONS
- Cereals, almonds and milk pour into one bowl and leave in the fridge during the night.
- In the morning boil the pear until is soft and cut the prunes into smaller pieces and then roast the pear in the non – stick pan with little bit of coconut oil until the pear is lightly brown.
- Then pour the cereals into two bowls and decorate every bowl with roasted pear, four dry prunes and toss with little bit of cinnamon and honey.
