And just like that while I was preparing my camera, someone just took one of my grilled scallops. And I wasn’t surprise at all …. because they were smelling perfectly and looked so fancy.
2 tsp of ghee butter
8 pieces of scallops
pinch of salt and pepper
hand full of fresh chives
60-80 g of toasted cut pistachios
- First melt the ghee butter in the non – stick skillet and than salted scallops.
- Stir the scallops until crusty brown, about 3 minutes each side.
- At the other side chop prepared roasted pistachios and cut chives.
- At the end sprinkle the scallops with the pistachios and chives.
