St.Jacques coquilles

And just like that while I was preparing my camera, someone just took one of my grilled scallops. And I wasn’t surprise at all …. because they were smelling perfectly and looked so fancy.


  • 2 tsp of ghee butter

  • 8 pieces of scallops

  • pinch of salt and pepper

  • hand full of fresh chives

  • 60-80 g of toasted cut pistachios


  • First melt the ghee butter in the non – stick skillet and than salted scallops.
  • Stir the scallops until crusty brown, about 3 minutes each side.
  • At the other side chop prepared roasted pistachios and cut chives.
  • At the end sprinkle the scallops with the pistachios and chives.
