Green smoothie

Since we never buy juice except for birthday celebrations, when I feel like having a refreshment, I sometimes make cold-pressed juice. I can’t say that I make it on a regular basis, but when I have some spare time, I usually make a green smoothie with cucumbers, spinach, lime and green apples.


  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach

  • 3 Granny Smith apples

  • 2 large cucumbers

  • 2 limes


  • Blend all listed fruits and vegetables in a cold-press juicer.
