Granola sa svežim smokvama

In my case, Saturday breakfast is usually reserved for some homemade granola combination! Although I make it myself, I think that granola is a little fattier and slightly sweeter so I enjoy it only on Saturdays!

As fresh figs are currently in season, this time I have decided to combine granola with Greek yogurt and fresh figs.

INGREDIENTS (FOR 1)

  • 300 ml Greek yogurt

  • 6 tablespoons granola cereal

  • 2 fresh figs cut into slices

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Pour yogurt into a bowl, add prepared granola, spread sliced figs and finally add toasted coconut chips and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy your tasty breakfast!
