Crunchy fillets of Mackerel with beetroots and brussels sprouts
This is recipe for those ones who like fish mackerel and her specific fatty taste. In our family I am the only one fan of fish mackerel … beside I like taste of this fatty fish, I like facts that this fish is full of proteins, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin B.
Sastojci

- Place the fish in the non-stick pan and grille about 5 minutes on a medium heat. Fish should get lightly golden colour when it is ready. Peel of baked beetroots and cut into fine slices.
- Steam or boil brussels sprouts and when it is done put for 1 to 2 miutes in the non – stick pan over medium heat in order to get that golden crunchy moment. When everything is ready you can drizzle beetroots and brussel sprouts with little bit of lemon, salt and eventually olive oil.
- Serve one fillet of fish, little bit of beetroots and brussel sprouts.
