Cod

Lunch therapy : usually I make cod in the oven, but this time I was inspired by the new recipe founded in new editorial of Zara home. I modified their recipe little bit, but the base is the same.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fillets of cod fish

  • Orange juice made from ¼ of orange

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 350 g of fresh green peas

  • 1/ 2 of purple onion

  • 1 small turnip

  • 1 celery stick

  • 2 tbsp of ghee butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Red pepper corns – for decoration

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix honey and the orange juice and put aside.
  • Put the turnip, onion and celery to a pot of water and boil for 10 minutes. Then add the peas and cook for 5 minutes more.
  • Remove from the heat and blend until smooth. Add little bit of salt and if neccessery you can add water.
  • Before you start to grill fish, put lightly salted fillets in the mix of juice and honey.
  • In non-stick pan grill fillets of cod using ghee butter (every side grill around 5 minutes)
  • Serve as I do on the photo, using red pepper corn.
