Chia puding od bundeve

Fallish flavour of chia pudding in one 3 in 1 combination. What is 3 in 1 – healthy, easy to make and cheep as well.

INGREDIENTs

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 spoon of chia seeds

  • 1 spoon of toasted almonds or toasted pecans

  • 150 ml of vegan coconut yoghurt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds for decoration

PrOCEDURE

  • Mix together yoghurt, chia seeds, pumpkin puree and nuts and leave that in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours or longer remove the bowl from the fridge, decorate with pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
