Pumpkin bread
Great autumnal substitute for popular banana bread.
Sastojci
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/3 cup of avocado oil
1/3 cup of almond milk
1 and 1/4 of gluten free oat flour
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp of nutmeg powder
PrOCEDURE
- Whisk the eggs, and then add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix very well, until get smoothie texture.
