Pumpkin bread

Great autumnal substitute for popular banana bread.

Sastojci

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup of avocado oil

  • 1/3 cup of almond milk

  • 1 and 1/4 of gluten free oat flour

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp of nutmeg powder

PrOCEDURE

  • Whisk the eggs, and then add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix very well, until get smoothie texture.
