Gluten free buckwheat bread
U večitoj potrebi za bezglutenskim varijantama hleba.

500 g of buckwheat flour
500 ml of water
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of honey
10 g of dry yeast
2 eggs

- During the first step we should activate dry yeast. We will do that mixing of 150 ml of water, 2 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix that very well, cover with the plate and leave for 15-20 minutes at the room temperature.
- Then in the big bowl beat the eggs and then add the oil, flour, salt, dry yeast and 350 ml of water. Mix this very well.
- Add the active yeast to this big bowl.
- Pour this mixture into the rounded oiled mold and leave aside for 45 minutes
- Bake around 60 minutes for 50 minutes.
