Gluten free buckwheat bread

U večitoj potrebi za bezglutenskim varijantama hleba.

ingredients

  • 500 g of buckwheat flour

  • 500 ml of water

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of salt

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 10 g of dry yeast

  • 2 eggs

  • During the first step we should activate dry yeast. We will do that mixing of 150 ml of water, 2 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix that very well, cover with the plate and leave for 15-20 minutes at the room temperature.
  • Then in the big bowl beat the eggs and then add the oil, flour, salt, dry yeast and 350 ml of water. Mix this very well.
  • Add the active yeast to this big bowl.
  • Pour this mixture into the rounded oiled mold and leave aside for 45 minutes
  • Bake around 60 minutes for 50 minutes.
