Spirulina smoothie bowl
Inspired by edible flowers.
ingredients (for 2 persons)
2 fresh dates
50 ml of almond milk
1 cup of red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or similar)
1 hand full of fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp of spirulina powder
1 tbsp of collagen of powder (optionally)
1 kašičica açai powder (optionally)
1 tbsp of hemp hearts
10 tbsp of granola
1 kiwi cut in small pieces or few kiwi berries
- All ingredients (except granola, kiwi and hemp hearts) put in strong blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide granola into two bowls and then cover with prepared green smoothie.
