Spirulina smoothie bowl

Inspired by edible flowers.

ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 fresh dates

  • 50 ml of almond milk

  • 1 cup of red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or similar)

  • 1 hand full of fresh baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp of spirulina powder

  • 1 tbsp of collagen of powder (optionally)

  • 1 kašičica açai powder (optionally)

  • 1 tbsp of hemp hearts

  • 10 tbsp of granola

  • 1 kiwi cut in small pieces or few kiwi berries

Procedure

  • All ingredients (except granola, kiwi and hemp hearts) put in strong blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide granola into two bowls and then cover with prepared green smoothie.
