Pumpkin latte with vanilla

Pumpkin latte with vanilla for these winter days… I always wanted to make this in my kitchen and fact that we are spending so much time at home these days inspired me to try it for the first time.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 shot of espresso ( I used decaf coffee)

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

  • Coconut cream

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the milk, pumpkin puree and maple syrup to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but not boil. Remove saucepan from the heat, add vanilla, 1 tbsp of cinnamon and coffee. You can top with whipped coconut cream and sparkle with cinnamon powder.
