Octopus salad
Cook octopus in salted marinated water around 1 hour over medium heat.
Ingredients (for 2)
600 g of fresh octopus meat
Salt
1 bay leaf
1 avocado
200 g of cherry tomato
1 big shredded carrot
2 cups of mixed green salad
Squeezed lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Cook octopus in salted marinated water around 1 hour over medium heat.
- When it is cooked, just add other ingredients, toss with lemon an olive oil and enjoy.
