Octopus salad

Cook octopus in salted marinated water around 1 hour over medium heat.

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 600 g of fresh octopus meat

  • Salt

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 avocado

  • 200 g of cherry tomato

  • 1 big shredded carrot

  • 2 cups of mixed green salad

  • Squeezed lemon

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook octopus in salted marinated water around 1 hour over medium heat.
  • When it is cooked, just add other ingredients, toss with lemon an olive oil and enjoy.
