This is a delicious breakfast or snack for the whole family. The basic recipe is very simple and once you make the pancakes, you can fill them with whatever you want.
1 and ½ cup oat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup almond milk
coconut oil for frying
- Here are my filling suggestions:
Blueberries topping heated in a pan together with raspberries and cocoa powder
Grated apple drizzled with honey, chopped almonds and cinnamon
Matcha powder combined with walnuts and honey
- Beat the eggs first, then add the banana and mix everything. Add the oat flour and the rest of the ingredients. Make pancakes in a non-stick pan just like regular pancakes.
