Garden salad

Long time ago I saw something similar in some cook book, who knows when and where … ?!

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 persons)

  • 200 g of mixed green salad

  • 100 g of black rice

  • 150 g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 big or 2 small cucumbers

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 avocado

  • 100 g of smoked salmon

  • olive oil

  • pinch of salt and red pepper corn

PrOCEDURe

  • Boil the rice in accordance with instructions on the package.
  • Wash mixed green salad, peel and cut the cucumbers into slices, cut avocado in slices as well and cut pepper into circles.
  • Mix all the veggies together and divide into two bowls.
  • When rice is ready, make small balls using hands and add few balls into every bowl.
  • Add the same quantity of the chopped salmon to every bowl.
  • All you have additional to do is to squeeze lemon instead of some vinegar and to add pinch of salt and red pepper corn.
