When I want to serve something healthy and nicely decorated, I make this apple salad decorated with raspberries, pomegranate and fresh mint leaves.
1 whole apple
1 hand full of raspberries
1 hand full of pomegranate
Few leaves of fresh mint
1 big spoon of pomegranate syrup
- Cut the apple into thin slices and make rounded shape from those slices. Top up with raspberries and pomegranare and ecorate with fresh mint leaves and eventually drizzle with pomegranate syrup.
- But the syrup is is just non necesserry sugar so maybe even better to skip this step. What do you think?
